Unique location
We transformed the former Douwe Egberts coffee factory into a site for the future. Instead of demolishing the old buildings, we gave existing structures, furniture and materials a new purpose as much as possible. Outside, we are removing paving and adding vegetation.
Today, the Hi! Site is a multifunctional, inclusive space where you will find offices, workshops, events and sports, such as climbing, padel and trampolining.

The Hi! Site is located on the intersection of the Brussels Ring and the A12 and is easily accessible from Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels. Coming by car? Use Google Maps or Waze.
